Human CD7 Protein, mFc Tag PME100464
Specifications
| 10µg / 50µg / 100µg |
Alternative names:
CD7;P40;P41;EU-9;p40
Description:
Recombinant human CD7 protein with C-terminal mouse Fc tag
Background:
This gene encodes a transmembrane protein which is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily. This protein is found on thymocytes and mature T cells. It plays an essential role in T-cell interactions and also in T-cell/B-cell interaction during early lymphoid development.
Molecular characterization:
CD7(Ala26-Pro180) mFc(Pro99-Lys330)
Molecular weight:
The protein has a predicted molecular mass of 42.7 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of CD7-mFc is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
Tag:
C-Mouse Fc Tag
Expression host:
HEK293
Target:
CD7
Purity:
The purity of the protein is greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.
Formulation / Reconstitution:
Lyophilized from sterile PBS, pH 7.4. Normally 5 % - 8% trehalose is added as protectants before lyophilization. Please see Certificate of Analysis for specific instructions of reconstitution.
Storage:
Store at -20°C to -80°C for 12 months in lyophilized form. After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -80°C (Avoid repeated freezing and thawing). Lyophilized proteins are shipped at ambient temperature.
